Eqlima Ali is a PhD candidate in Leadership and Policy Studies in Education and an Adjunct Faculty in the college of Education at United Arab Emirates University (UAEU). Prior to this, she served as an administrative senior supervisor and as a preschool teacher in a Dubai Government nursery for nearly a decade. Moreover, in her research endeavors, she explores topics including research self-efficacy, the wellbeing of early career teachers, and Social and Emotional Learning in education.
