She holds a Master of Educational Studies with Distinction, is an ICF Associate Certified Coach, and completed the Oxford Executive Leadership Programme.
She is currently pursuing the National Professional Qualification for Senior Leadership (NPQSL). Her expertise spans strategic leadership, curriculum design, instructional coaching, inspection readiness, and professional development.
