Professor Sami Rahmouni is a senior curriculum and language‑education expert at Bahrain Teachers College. Holding an Agrégation in Arabic language and literature, he has served as a teacher, inspector, senior inspector, and now expert general inspector. He chairs the Curriculum Committee for Arabic Language and Islamic Studies and contributes to national exam development with Bahrain’s Quality Assurance Authority and the World Bank. A certified specialist in curriculum engineering, he has shaped Arabic language curricula across the Arab world. He co‑authored The Eyes of Literature and has published widely, including a 2023 study on Saudi Arabic curricula for the Abu Dhabi Arabic Language Centre.
