Dr Sumaya Saqr is an Assistant Professor of Language and Teacher Education, whose work centres on English education, curriculum, pedagogy, and collaborative inquiry-based professional learning. She collaborates with school leaders and teachers to cultivate research-engaged school cultures for improved teaching and learning to foster school-wide innovation.
She is based at the Emirates College for Advanced Education in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, where she teaches and supervises across the B.Ed., PGDE, and Master’s programmes.
